It is possible to receive your first tow or roadside service referral within minutes of signing on with Tow Squad.
[close [x]]How does Tow Squad’s dispatching work? [close [x]]
Tow Squad’s customers are handled by monitored and trained Professional Dispatching Agents who gather all necessary information on the call and pass the information on to you. All the details are collected and a cash call is “handed” straight to you.

As soon as you accept the service from Tow Squad’s Agent, a text message is sent out in seconds to your cell phone that includes all information on the service.
[close [x]]How long does it take for Tow Squad to pay me for the service? [close [x]]
You will never receive payment from Tow Squad, as every Tow Squad call is a classic “Cash Call” where your driver will either charge the customer’s card or collect their cash as soon as the service is complete.
[close [x]]Is there priority when it comes to receive a call from Tow Squad? [close [x]]
As soon as you are signed on, you will be ranked by a point system that designates priority to Preferred Service Providers.
[close [x]]How do I raise my priority points? [close [x]]
Your priority is based off of successful completion of jobs, a lack of negative reviews by customers, as well as many other factors. It is possible to become a Priority Service Provider in as little as three days! You can find more information by contacting your Regional Manager.
[close [x]]What if a Tow Squad Agent calls about a service that is outside of my area? [close [x]]
If a Tow Squad Agent calls you with a job outside of your service area, they are simply seeing if you are interested in accepting a job. If it is too far of a travel for the current rate system, you can always let the Agent know what the cost of “Enroute Mileage” would be in order for you to go to the service location, and the Agent will verify with the customer before confirming the dispatch of the service.
[close [x]]What do I charge the customer when the service is complete? [close [x]]
Your regional manager will go over the current rates with you during the Sign-On process. All customers will be aware of the rates, and there shouldn’t be any discrepancy when the service is complete.
[close [x]]You mentioned the customers pay with credit cards. What if I don’t currently accept credit cards? [close [x]]
Tow Squad is always there to be a helpful industry advisor. If you do not currently accept credit cards, or if you are not happy with your current rate for merchant services, contact your Regional Manager to see how Tow Squad can set you up with a flexible merchant service to fit your needs.
